Review the work affected by a change.

An addendum can change the basis of an earlier review. Identify the current package, inspect the changed requirement and revisit the response work that relied on the previous information.

Establish the current package

Check that the team is using the latest addendum and the correct earlier documents. Resolve whether a new passage replaces, supplements or leaves the previous instruction unchanged; do not infer that relationship from a filename alone.

Connect the change to the response

Inspect the affected requirement, supporting evidence and related response sections. An item reviewed against an older package may need another check. Keep the prior basis visible so reviewers can understand why work is being reopened.

Agree the handoff

Give each affected check an owner and a next action. Confirm that the updated response and its evidence address the current instruction before carrying an earlier approval forward. The responsible people retain the decision.

North Harbor: equipment lead-time evidence.

In the illustrative workflow, Addendum 02 affects equipment lead-time evidence and two tasks. Operations reviews the evidence; the Bid Lead checks the response implications. The open question asks whether the addendum replaces the original equipment schedule.
